Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Silvio  has been  surrounded by technology since birth. Silvio's first computer at age 3 was a Dell Dimension desktop running Windows 95. Long gone are the days of dial up modems where Silvio could not be using the computer at the same time that someone else in the house is on the phone.

He created his first website in the 6th grade. Silvio created a total of 4 websites while he was in middle school. He then went on to learn about video production in High School, becoming the station manager of the TV Station his senior year. Under his direction, the station won it's very first national award in it's 6 year history.

Silvio then went on to explore the other side of the country in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, far from home but immersed in a whole new culture.  This posed a challenge at first since he managed various websites and social media accounts on the west coast but proved to not be a problem in today's world because the internet allows us to be anywhere, anytime. Silvio holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Communication.
